This Shipping Policy explains how Gayatri Opulence (“StudioGayatri”) processes and fulfills your orders for both physical creations and digital downloads.
1. Physical Products (Clay Jewellery & Accessories)
Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders over ₹999, otherwise a flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies.
Delivery Locations: We currently ship physical products across India.
Order Tracking: Once your physical order is shipped, we will share tracking details on your registered email or phone number so you can follow your delivery.
Undelivered or Delayed Orders: If your physical order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the details below and we will help resolve it.
2. Digital Products (Print-Ready Files, Cards & Posters)
Delivery Method: Instant Electronic Delivery. No physical shipping is required.
Delivery Timeline: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway, you will receive a PDF document with a secure download link to your purchased files.
Shipping Charges: ₹0 (Free). Digital products do not incur any shipping or delivery fees.
Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your digital download file/ email within 5–10 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us immediately with your transaction details.
