Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gayatri Opulence (“StudioGayatri”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, only products which are damaged during shipping can be returned, provided you have an unedited unboxing video of your package which is mandatory to claim any damages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Refund Policy.
